SUMMI CHA – Contemporary Taiwanese Tea Cuisine
SUMMI CHA is a new dining concept launched by the SUNMAI Restaurant Group, the company behind the renowned Taiwanese brand SUNMAI.
Positioned as “Contemporary Taiwanese Tea Cuisine,” the brand embraces the philosophy of “Eating Tea, Drinking Tea, and Living with Tea.” Inspired by Taiwan’s lush tea mountains and terraced landscapes, the interior design incorporates elements of tea plantations, terraced fields, and traditional tea ceremonies, translating Taiwan’s rich tea culture into a contemporary spatial experience.
The space features thoughtfully designed areas, including a tea aroma exploration zone, tea bar, tea-infused cocktail display wall, and scenic seating areas. By seamlessly integrating sensory experiences of aroma, taste, and sight, the design creates a modern Taiwanese teahouse that celebrates cultural heritage, encourages interaction, and connects guests with the surrounding urban landscape.
